About Us
Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1985 after completing his training at Payne Hicks Beach in London where he worked until 1987, mainly in residential conveyancing. He then joined another London firm Anthony Gold, Lerman & Muirhead, where he focussed on commercial property work.
Since moving with his family to Cambridge in 1994, Paul has worked as a property lawyer at Taylor Vinters, Eversheds and, latterly, as a partner at Kester Cunningham John. He has developed a reputation for being very sound technically but also personable and approachable. Paul is a versatile and hard working lawyer and enjoys a good rapport both with clients and with colleagues.
Paul specialises in commercial property law, particularly landlord and tenant work. With over 20 years experience in big law firms, Paul is now testing his ideas on how to deliver his expertise more flexibly and cost effectively than before.
Paul lives in Cottenham with his wife, Rhian, and their three children. Outside of work, Paul enjoys tennis, fun running, cycling, reading and spending time with his family.
